Riley Simas is an Associate within the Real Estate Investment team at Canyon. Mr. Simas joined Canyon in 2022 and primarily focuses on asset management team support and business plan execution of equity and debt investments across Canyon’s real estate platforms. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Simas worked at TruAmerica Multifamily within the portfolio management department. where he was responsible for executing
value-add multifamily strategies across TruAmerica’s national workforce housing portfolio. Previously, Mr. Simas held a position at CBRE. Mr. Simas is a graduate of The University of Southern California (B.S., Business Administration) and of the UCLA Anderson School of Management (M.B.A., Finance).
Tanner Wilson is a real estate executive with over a decade of experience in acquisition, development, leasing and management of commercial assets throughout California and Arizona as well as experience in brokerage services with JLL in Columbus, Ohio. Tanner received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Analysis from The Ohio State University and a Master in Business Administration at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Caleb Maxson is a finance & operations executive and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in management consulting and finance with Alvarez & Marsal, DocuSign, and Sunrun. He currently leads a boutique consultancy that he founded to advise clients on corporate financial planning. He is a graduate of Indiana University (B.S., Finance) and the UCLA Anderson School of Management (M.B.A.).
